Sacha Teague, Director
Sacha became the fourth director of the Cass County Recycling District on August 3rd, 2015. She replaced Bob Ehle. Sacha is a native of Kokomo and is the former Education Coordinator of Howard County Recycling District in Kokomo. She's worked in the recycling field for 3 years and is a lifetime advocate of recycling, ecological sustainability, and natural resource conservation. Sacha obtained a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Kokomo from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a Major in Criminal Justice.

Cathy Isaacs, Controller
Cathy became controller of the Cass County Recycling District at the beginning of 2013. She is also the Cass County Assessor.
